The Canopy Lab and DevLearn jointly developed a guidance note to share learnings on Outcome Harvesting (OH) studies for Business Environment Reform (BER) and Market Systems Development (MSD) programs. The aim of the note is to share insights from our experience designing, contracting, and implementing such studies, drawing lessons from a specific study undertaken in 2021.
